Fraud Suspicion?
When I try to buy the costume pack from the ingame store I get the notice "Fraud Suspicion" whenever I submit my credit card info.
What does this mean? |

Has anyone used your credit card/payment option for any other guildwars account?
If not, I'd definitely contact support fast. |

My dad and I had it aswell since I didnt have the creditcard, we rebooted gw and it helped :x

I had this before when trying to buy the costume pack. Check everything is ok with your bank account and then give it atleast 24 hours before you try to buy it again. Apparantly if you fill it in with incorrect details it won't let you buy the product till another 24 hours. Even if you type in correct details afterwards it will keep coming up with "Fraud Suspicion". So yea, give it 24 hours then try again. Hope this helps.

i used paypal to pay for it and it all went through fine until i went back to paypal. paypal has flagged the purchase as a suspicious buy and have locked my account because they think a third party had access to it. wtf.

Had the same thing. Contacted Anet, got 'help'. If you previously used a different credit card and are using a different one now it will show up as fraud suspicion. In that case contact Anet and they should solve it. Didint help in my case though because the country im in now and the country where the card were issued are different. If thats the case with you then dont bother contacting Anet. They have a policy where they only accept cards from the country you live in.

Ahh apocolypse I think that might be the reason. I messed up on the credit card number once or twice when entering it so I think that might be the reason. I'll try again today.

I was buying multiple items through the store, but there is no cart so I had to buy them 1 at a time. Of course the store only let me purchase 1 item in a time period which made it difficult.....

It's happened to me before. If it keeps showing up, then contact support and they will fix it for you.

Make sure the credit card info you submit is correct. Particularly, the "name" must be exactly the same as it appears on the card.
